This product replaces the traditional black lead from brands like Zebo or Zebrite which are now no longer available.  We have used many differant brands and in our opinion this is the best one by far.
This is Wax-based graphite polish, giving a brilliant silver-black finish to cast iron stoves and fireplaces.
The easiest way to apply is thin it with turps or white spirit until it has the consistency of emulsion paint then apply with a paint brush.  It should then be left for several hours and buffed with a bit of old cloth(towel works well) or a stiff brush.  Please note it will ruin the paint brush and or cloths.  Make sure you protect the surrounding area from spils etc.
