We took this fire out of a house in Scotland about 2 years ago and it was in full working order and far to good to throw on the scrap.  We have given it a new driftwood log set and resprayed and cleaned everything so its ready to go.  It comes with a new mains adaptor for remote sender or you can use the battery one that came with it originally 
It doesn't have a frame and was fitted with slate slips which we can provide or we can still get the frames from Stovax at additional cost
 
Even though its a few years old we will give it a 1 year warranty for your peace of mind.  All the parts for the burner assembly are still readily available.
 
Heat input 8.5kW so it will require an air vent.
